This policy explains what personal data mizo.co collects, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. It covers this website, its AI assistant and the invoice payment page. Your use of the Mizo platform at app.mizo.co is also covered by your subscription agreement.
Who we are
mizo.co and the Mizo platform are operated by EMTEL Communications, Dubai, United Arab Emirates [CONFIRM: legal form, trade licence number and registered address] ("Mizo", "we", "us"). Questions about this policy or your data: [email protected].
What we collect and why

We do not see or store your card number: card payments are entered on Network International's secure page. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
We use these service providers to run the site. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
- Netlify (website hosting and the assistant's server functions)
- Google (Google Analytics, only with your consent)
- Anthropic (the AI model that writes the assistant's replies)
- Microsoft Azure (the assistant's spoken voice, when you turn voice on)
- Your browser's speech service (Google or Apple, depending on your browser) when you speak to the assistant
- Network International (card payments)
- Cloudflare (domain name service)
Enquiries, tickets and leads from the assistant are saved in our own Mizo platform at app.mizo.co. Some providers process data outside the UAE; we rely on their contractual safeguards for those transfers.

Until you choose, analytics cookies are off. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings, also in the footer of every page.
How long we keep it
Enquiries, leads and support conversations are kept while we are in contact with you and for up to 3 years afterwards, unless the law requires longer (for example invoices and payment records). Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and other laws that apply to you, you can ask us to tell you what data we hold, correct it, delete it, stop or restrict using it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
Children
mizo.co is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy here with a new date. Important changes are also announced on the news page.
