Bank-grade security. Compliant wherever you operate.

Single secure system to run your business — built for your industry

Finance, sales, purchasing, and inventory in one system — locked down with multi-factor authentication, 38 granular permissions, and a full audit trail, with a tax engine that configures to your country's VAT, GST, or sales tax rules and is fuzz-tested against thousands of transactions.

14 days, full access, pre-loaded with sample data so you can explore right away.

Mizo invoices screen showing total outstanding, overdue amount, and a live invoice list

A real screen from Mizo — not a mockup.

The problem

Most growing businesses run on disconnected tools

Spreadsheets for stock, a separate accounting tool for VAT, WhatsApp for approvals — and someone re-typing the same number three times a week.

1

Nothing reconciles automatically

Inventory, sales, and accounting live in separate systems that don't talk to each other, so every month-end starts with matching numbers by hand.

2

Tax compliance is a manual risk

VAT, GST, or sales tax handled by hand means a rounding mistake surfaces at filing time — not before it matters.

3

Reports mean an export and a hope

Getting a live P&L means pulling data into Excel and trusting the formulas still work.

4

"Isn't cloud software a security risk?"

It's the opposite when it's built right: on-prem systems depend on whoever's watching the server that day. Mizo requires multi-factor authentication, enforces 38 granular permissions per user, and logs every change — controls most on-prem installs never get around to configuring.

A real invoice, start to finish

Every number on this screen is real

Line items, tax, and totals computed together

Subtotal, VAT, and balance due are never typed in separately — they're derived from the same engine, every time.

Payments recorded against the actual invoice

A payment updates the balance due immediately — no separate spreadsheet to keep in sync.

One click to a real tax invoice or credit note

The documents your customer receives come straight from this same record.

The overview

What needs attention, before you go looking

Overdue invoices surface themselves

The oldest debts sit at the top with how many days late they are — no report to run, no filter to remember.

Invoiced, received, and paid, side by side

Three different questions most systems make you ask separately: what you billed, what actually landed in the bank, and what went out.

Build your own

Every card here can be swapped, reordered, or removed. The default is a starting point, not a fixed layout.

Ask in your own words

The questions you'd ask an accountant

Every answer shows its working

Not just a number — what was counted, what was excluded, and as at when. Here, 49 draft invoices are left out, and it says so.

Most answers cost nothing

Common questions are answered straight from your data, with no AI call at all. The ones that do use AI are marked.

Or just type the question

Pick from the list, or ask in your own words. Either way the answer comes from your ledger, not a guess.

What's inside

Everything your business runs on, connected

Not a generic template stretched to fit — with modules built for how different industries actually operate, from container shipments and landed cost to project-based work and site operations.

Everything, in one place

Fourteen modules, one login

Not fourteen products stitched together. Every tile below reads from the same ledger, the same contacts, and the same stock — so a quotation becoming an invoice becoming a payment is one continuous record, not three systems reconciled by hand.

The Mizo launcher showing fourteen modules — overview, assistant, contacts, pipeline, quotations, invoicing, purchasing, products, transfers, brands, projects, helpdesk, warranty, production, employees and accounting — each with a live count

Live counts, not placeholders. Optional modules only appear once they're licensed.

For telecom, solar, and hybrid-power operators

An energy design engine, not a calculator

For sites running on grid, solar, battery, and generator together, Mizo runs a real hour-by-hour dispatch simulation — not a spreadsheet with assumptions baked in.

Hour-by-hour dispatch simulation

Grid, solar, battery, and generator modelled together, with real generator cycle-charging behaviour validated against actual field deployments — not a flat capacity assumption.

Design from three numbers, then refine

Start from grid availability, load, and outage hours. Then re-optimize toward any of five objectives: maximise battery use, maximise solar use, lowest capex, lowest lifetime cost, or fastest payback.

Technical and commercial bids, structurally separate

Every project exports a Bill of Quantities as two documents: a technical BOQ with quantities only, and a commercial BOQ fully priced — because tenders frequently require sealed technical and financial envelopes.

Full design report, with an AI assistant built in

Payback and IRR curves, a site topology diagram, and a PDF export with charts — plus an assistant that answers from that specific design's own computed numbers, not a generic guess.

Proof, not a promise

The tax engine, tested live — right now, in your browser

This isn't a marketing claim. It's the actual rounding-consistency check, generating random invoices and verifying every one balances, running this very moment on this page.

UAE e-invoicing

A dated, legal deadline — not a someday feature

Built to the Ministry of Finance's mandatory field specification, so it's ready before the deadline arrives rather than after.

Turnover above AED 50 million

Everyone else

Appoint an accredited service provider by 31 March 2027. Go live by 1 July 2027.

Non-compliance carries per-invoice penalties. Mizo's e-invoicing module is already aligned to the mandatory field specification, so there's nothing to retrofit when your deadline arrives.

How it works

Bring your own data, running the same day

No implementation project. No consultant on retainer. Sign up, see it working, then bring in what's actually yours.

01

Sign up with your work email

No credit card. A verification link lands in your inbox, and your 14-day trial starts the moment you confirm it.

02

Explore a fully working demo account

Your trial isn't empty — it's pre-loaded with real sample contacts, products, quotations, purchase orders, and posted invoices, so you can see the system actually working before touching your own data.

03

Import your own contacts, products, invoices, and chart of accounts

Upload a spreadsheet and the system auto-detects your columns, matches against what already exists, and shows you a preview before anything is saved. A downloadable starter template is available for every import.

04

Configure it to match how you work

Set your chart of accounts, tax rates, and document numbering. Pin the screens you use every day to the top of your own menu.

05

Decide, with a full week to actually test it

Run a real week of your own operations through it before deciding — not a fifteen-minute demo call.

Security & control

Real controls, not a checkbox

Cloud-hosted doesn't mean less secure — it means the controls are actually enforced, not left to whoever manages your on-prem server. Every organization's data is fully isolated, even when several run in the same account.

Why it's different

Built to configure, not to be forced into a mold

Most SME-tier accounting tools were built for one market and bolted onto others later. Here's what that usually means in practice.

Opening it the first time

These builds aren’t code-signed yet, so both systems will block them once before letting you through. One time each, then never again.

On Mac

  1. Open the .dmg and drag Mizo into Applications.
  2. Right-click it and choose Open (not a double-click), then Open again.
  3. If macOS says the app is damaged, open Terminal and run:
    xattr -cr /Applications/Mizo.app
then open it normally. “Damaged” here means unsigned, not corrupt.

On Windows

  1. Run the installer. Windows will show “Windows protected your PC”.
  2. Click More info, then Run anyway.

Both warnings mean the same thing: the software hasn’t been through a paid signing process yet. Signed builds are coming, and these steps disappear with them.

The Mac build is universal — native on both Apple Silicon and Intel. Windows is 64-bit, 10 and 11. The desktop app is a dedicated window onto the same account — nothing works differently from the browser, so there’s nothing to lose by skipping it.
