These terms apply to your use of the website mizo.co, including its AI assistant. Using the Mizo platform at app.mizo.co is governed by your subscription agreement, which takes priority over these terms for the platform.

Using the site
- You may use the site to learn about Mizo, contact us and pay invoices sent to you.
- Do not try to break, overload or misuse the site or its assistant, collect data from it by automated means, or use it to send anything unlawful, harmful or that you have no right to share.
- We may limit or block use that puts the site or other visitors at risk.
The AI assistant
The assistant is automated software. Its answers, proposals and presentations are general information to help you decide; they are not a binding offer, quotation or professional advice. Prices and commitments are binding only in a written quotation or agreement from us. Please do not share passwords, card numbers or other sensitive data in the chat.
Files and information you send us
You confirm you have the right to share any file or information you send through the site. You keep ownership. You allow us to use it to respond to you and, for design or engineering requests, to prepare the work you ask for. See the privacy policy for how we handle personal data.
Prices
Prices on the pricing page are per company per month, billed annually, and exclude 5% UAE VAT unless stated. The price on your quotation or agreement applies to you.
Our content
The site's text, images, videos, documents and the Mizo name and logo belong to Mizo or its licensors. You may view and share links to them and download documents we offer for download, but not copy, change or sell them without our written permission. Mizo OS is patent pending.
Links to other sites
Links to other sites, such as app stores or payment pages, are for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and we are not responsible for them.
No warranty and our liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is and may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss, or loss of profit or data, arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its date.
