The sales house is the point of contact for every sale, inside the Mizo Group and for our clients outside it. It runs direct sales with our own team, and indirect sales through master brokers, brokerage houses, channel partners and agents, each with their own portal, all linked to the projects being sold.
The buyer's contract and registration, payment plan, statement, construction progress, notices and card payments.
Add sub-brokers, resellers and agents, see the whole network's clients, bookings and commission.
Register clients, check live availability, hold and book units, follow commission.
Their own leads, viewings, offers and bookings, from the phone.
Every deal in every channel, by project, partner and agent, in one view.

Sales, the development and the accounts are one system, not three. When a buyer pays an instalment in their portal, an agent collects a deposit or the sales office takes a cheque, it is recorded once and every part of the business sees the same payment, straight away. Supplier and contractor invoices work the same way in the other direction.
No re-keying between sales, projects and finance, and no month-end hunt to make the numbers agree. Broker commission, contractor certificates and restaurant bills reach the accounts the same way.
Eleven stages from registering a partner to after-sales and resale. The sales house sees every deal in every channel; each master broker, broker and agent logs in to their own portal and sees their clients, their units, their bookings and their commission, and nobody else's.
Brokerage houses, master brokers and channel partners register with their trade licence, broker cards, agreement and bank details. A master broker then adds its own sub-brokers, resellers and agents underneath.
The project goes to the channels: unit inventory, price list, payment plans, brochures and the commission scheme each partner level earns.
Every enquiry, direct or from a partner, is registered and checked against existing clients, so the partner who brought the buyer is protected and no buyer is counted twice.
Viewings booked, then an offer with price, discount and payment plan sent to the buyer as a link, valid until the date set.
The unit is held for the named client for the hours the policy allows, then goes back on sale by itself.
Booking form, buyer identity documents and the deposit, and the unit comes off the market for everyone.
The sales and purchase agreement signed and registered, and the buyer gets their own customer portal.
Instalments called as each milestone is reached; the buyer pays in their portal and sees their statement.
Commission earned at the milestones in the scheme, split between the master broker, sub-broker and agent, invoiced and paid.
Snagging, handover and the title deed for the buyer, with the broker kept informed.
Buyer requests answered, and resale or rental listings brought back through the same channels.
